How much commission do I earn?
Based on the transactions completed through your referred clients, you are entitled to receive 90% of the total commission from the service provider. Our company will handle the collection of the commission and retain 10% as an administrative fee, while the remaining 90% will be released to you.
Please note that the commission percentage may vary depending on the service provider and the value of each transaction, which directly affects the total commission amount.

How can i get My commission?
Once your client completes a deal, and we receive the commission from the provider, your entitled share will be transferred to you within 48 hours. Please ensure you have a signed agency agreement with us, which will be sent to your registered email address for confirmation and record purposes.

Do I need to have an official real estate agent authorization card?
It’s not necessary. If you don’t have authorized card, you can simply refer your client to our team for assistance. Our team will handle the process on your behalf, and you will receive your commission payment once the deal is completed.

Yes, of course. Whether you are based in Dubai or overseas, you can actively market and bring clients. We provide a wide range of tools and services through the Agent Dashboard to support your activities.
You may also request assistance from our dedicated support team to coordinate with and present to your clients. In such cases, the assistant will charge 15% of the total commission, and you will retain 75% of the commission share.

How can I be sure that my client will not be taken by someone else?
You can register your client’s name and interest through the Client Registry section in your Agency Dashboard. Once registered, your client will be reserved exclusively for you for 30 days.
If another agent submits the same client during this period, the system will automatically block the duplicate entry and assign the client to you, as indicated in our CRM system. You may also extend the reservation for an additional 30 days by clicking the Extension option in the registry. Visit the Client Registry section in your Agent Dashboard.
How can I advertise if the platform is not managed by me?
In case you wish to advertise and present the platform to your clients, we recommend obtaining your own personalized landing page, which we provide for $250 per year under your own domain name. All services and features available on our main platform will be integrated into your domain, allowing you to fully control and manage all received leads directly.
However, your domain will be redirected to a dedicated subpage within our main platform, exclusively customized and branded for you.
You can advertise independently and track your leads directly through your personalized landing page. Please refer to the sample landing pages of other agents provided by us for your reference.
