 This offer invites investors to partner with Zenith Group, either through a Hedge Funds Investment Company or by forming their own investor group in collaboration with Zenith, under a pooled investment structure. Investors can participate in Dubai property development projects with a minimum contribution ranging from AED 500,000 to AED 5,000,000, and benefit from high ROI, as outlined example below.

Note 1: The Unit shall be sold as off plan to potential purchaser within three (3) months through the Developer’s sales list as market price.  

Profit will be 80% of the invested amount after deducting the agent’s commission 


Note 2: The Investor shall cover 55% of the cost if the Unit is not sold.   

Note 3: If the Unit is sold, the Investor shall receive their invested capital together with the applicable profit upon project completion

Note 4:  The Investor may register the Unit in his/her name through the Developer at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) after completing the third instalments (45% of the purchase price) if the Investor chooses to receive rental income instead of selling the Unit.

 

The Developer provides a rental guarantee of 8% per annum for three (3) years.

Note 5:  A booking fee of AED 5,000 for every AED 500,000 invested shall be payable to the Developer at the time of launch and will be credited toward the advance payment.

Note 6:  The first and second instalments shall be paid directly to the Developer’s account, while the third instalments and all subsequent payments shall be deposited into the Project’s Escrow Account.

Note 7:    In the event that the Investor fails to continue with the investment, no payments made shall be forfeited. All such payments will remain secured and shall be released to the Investor at the end of the Project, unless they have been allocated toward commission payments.
