  • For Studio, the unit Rate : 990 AED/ FT2                           
  • For 1BHK, the unit rate: 950 AED/FT2                               
  • For 2BHK, the unit Price: 900 AED/FT2      

Estimated Sales Price:  Market price will be 1300-1500 AED/FT2          

Payment Plan

  1. 15% of the investment, payable to the developer                                                    (Within 10 days after Booking time)         
  2. 30% of the investment, payable to the escrow account upon opening                 (Estimated 1–3 months after the first payment)

You may also pay the full 45% in advance against receiving collateral (a ready property from the developer as payment security).

Profit estimated 80% of the invested amount after deducting the sale’s commission.

Note: If the Unit is sold, the Investor shall receive their invested capital together with the applicable profit upon project completion. 

The Developer provides a rental guarantee of 8% per annum for three (3) years.
